TOURS, EVENTS AND PARTIES FOR GROUPS AT THE LAKE GARDA WITH CRUISE ON  A RESERVED MOTORBOAT, RICH APERITIF ON THE LAKE SHORE AND DINNER WITH ENTERTAINMENT IN A TYPICAL LAKE FRONT INN.

Events and parties for groups up to 130 people.

Programme for tour, event and party at the Lake Garda (possibility to extent the program to 2 or more days).

At about 1:45 pm arrival in Salò by yourself.
At about 2:00 pm embarkation on the reserved motorboat docked at the little harbour of Salò.
The cruising starts passing under the Torre and the Vittoriale degli Italiani of D’Annunzio, located in Gardone Riviera.
The cruise continues towards Fasano and Toscolano Maderno.
Cruise near to the Baia delle Sirene and Punta San Vigilio (very extraordinary places).
At about 3:00 pm docking and disembarkation in Garda.
Short promenade to reach the bar (located on the Lake Garda shore) where you will have the rich aperitif with appetizers (please see aperitif details hereunder).
At about 4:30 pm re-embarkation. The cruise continues towards Bardolino and the Peninsula of Sirmione. Then, visit to Boiola source (emergence of thermal water) and circumnavigation of the pensinsula passing near to the Grotte di Catullo(wonderful roman villa on the top of the Sirmione peninsula, which seemed to belong to the roman poet Valerio Catullo).
At about 5:15 pm disembarkation in Salò.
Free visit (about 1h30) of this wonderful city, also know as “the pearl of the Lake”.
At around 7:00 pm re-embarkation at the same landing stage and cruising towards the Rocca di Manerba, Isola dei conigli and the wonderful Isola del Garda (or Isola Borghese).
The cruise continues up to the Gulf of Salò, where you will disembark at around 8:00/8:30 pm.
You will then reach the restaurant with the lake front terrace, where you will have dinner. (in case of bad weather the dinner will be managed in the veranda).
During and after the dinner the singer will entertain you with music and dance up to 1:00/1:30 am.
End of our services and departure by yourself (at around 01:30/2:00 am).

Minimum group 35 people; the motorboat has a capacity of 60 seats and it has panoramic windows.
The quotation is adapted to the group size.

Price € 150,00 per person (minimum 35 people)

The price includes: cruise with motorboat (Salò, Toscolano Maderno, Garda, Bardolino, Sirmione, Gardone Riviera); Rich buffet aperitif at the small Harbour of Garda; Dinner in restaurant with the menu above indicated musical entertainment.
The price does not include:
Entrance to Grotte di Catullo and entrance to other museums and /or structures, transfer with coach, parking on other coach related costs (parking in Sirmione costs €10,00 the firs half hour and € 10,00 the following hours = estimated total cost € 110/120), personal expenses and everything not mentioned in the above “price includes”.
PLEASE NOTE: You should pay the SIAE permission for private parties that is not included in the price (from € 250,00 to € 400,00 up to 100 people).

Notes:
1) It is possible to visit the Grotte di Catullo in Sirmione. Ticket for the train from the centre of Sirmione to the Grotte di Catullo (2€ per person) and the ticket for the Grotte di Catullo € 4,00 per person (to pay there at the box-office - over 65 years old free. You have to remember your identity card).

2) according to the final decision of the motor ship Captain, the selected itineray could
be modified for force majeure (i.e. bad weather)
3) Times and places can be changed upon your request and to meet your needs.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: 35% of the amount on booking at the remaining 65% at least 10 days before the event. The settlement of possible service payable on consumption will be made after the event and after the presentation of the report. You must communicate the exact number of participants at least 3 days before the departure. Organization by PORIVERTRAVEL.IT. We specify that the quotation, the cruise itinerary, the menu and all the proposed services can be changed upon request and adjusted on participants requirements, only if these changes are required at least 10 days before the departure date. The price does not include any kind of insurance.
